ARTIST WHO LOVES MIXED MEDIA
Hello,
I was born in the early 80\'s in rural Sussex, and had a flair during my early years in painting and needlework. I attended my local school and left with GCSEs and \'A\' levels in Fine Art and Art Textiles. I completed my Foundation course at Northbrook College at Horsham and went on to University at the Surrey Institue of Art and Design in Farnham where I left with a 2.1 BA Hons in Fine Art.
I now live on the Hampshire coast, drawing my inspiration from the textures and elements the seascape provides. I incorporate my textiles through my canvas by either sewing or appliqué sample, experimenting always and creating new techniques.
I exhibit throughout the year in local galleries and every year enter my artwork into the Mall Galleries in London, as part of a charity organisation called Art of Youth UK.
I hope you enjoy my portfolio, including a range of tactile artworks and commissioned piece of Steve McQueen.
